I have spent over 25 years in the health insurance benefit industry in a variety of roles from front line nursing support to senior management with a wide variety of health benefit products.  I was privileged to spend the last 6 years of my career working with Chela Chomicki.

Chela is a rare commodity in today’s workforce. Her commitment to tasks, work ethic, flexibility, change management, common sense, professionalism, and respect for others is exceptional. She embraced all opportunities and challenges that came her way, not only with the complex puzzles and problems that escalated to management, but also with the constant changes and acute/chronic needs of very diverse client population.

Chela has the ability to sense the needs of the organization and her staff while holding client needs at the highest level of service. She is no stranger to personnel issues (hiring/training/coaching/termination) or systems technical support or budget efficiencies or new product development and growth. She is energized by problem solving and has excellent client presentation skills. Chela has an exceptional grasp on the “big picture” for successful management of company operations.

Working with Chela has helped me accomplish new levels. She is so resourceful and insightful. Since Chela has started coaching me in my business I have gain so much clarity on the steps I need to take to accomplish my business goals. Her support, encouragement, and accountability has helped me push through a challenging time when in the past I may have lost focus on my business.
